Qualifications

• 2-3 years of dental front office experience required
• Experience with Eaglesoft
• Familiarity with dental insurance, CDT codes, and dental terminology
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Energetic and flexible
• Must be a team player
• Manage multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow through
• Work well in a fast-paced, pressure-oriented environment
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Exhibit sound judgment
• Strong computer skills, required
• Able to understand and communicate dental/orthodontic terminology
