The Advisors Asset Management Regional Sales Associate role supports our Regional Sales Consultants (RSC) and Regional Vice Presidents (RVP) with appointment setting, analytical research, marketing support & data entry projects while working to gain their FINRA licensing.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES- Support for Regional Vice President and Regional Sales Consultant;
Set up meetings, provide analytical research to help prepare for meetings, entering data into CRM database - Upon obtaining FINRA Licensing; proactively market AAM investment solutions to FA’s
- Assist with calendar management and appointment setting
- Perform Territory Branch ‘clean up’ to ensure that all rep information is up to date and accurate in all systems
- Managing and maintaining marketing supplies as well as mailings for literature requests to potential and current clients
- Assist in Sales Campaign Development with RVP/RSC
- Perform proactive sales efforts for lower-tier clients and prospective clients
- Creating and updating spreadsheets
- Verification of Rep IDs for ISCS and RVPs
- Identify source of unassigned trades and accounts
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Financial services industry experience a plus
- Required
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred - Required
Certifications:
Will work to obtain FINRA Series 7 & 66
- Experience in the Financial Services industry a plus
- Strong desire to be a contributor to the success of a team
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), Internet and contact management systems (CRM)
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both oral and written
- Detail orientation to ensure the accuracy of reports, correspondence and databases
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to an ever-changing environment
