What You'll Do- Structuring and closing deals for maximum profitability and collectability
- Presenting finance and insurance products (warranties, GAP, maintenance plans, etc.) that enhance the customer ownership experience
- Working with a variety of lending partners to secure approvals and fund deals efficiently
- Desking deals, submitting to lenders, making credit decisions
, and closing with confidence - Ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Preparing contracts and paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Collaborating with the sales team as a true team player. Sharing knowledge, mentoring, and supporting deal structure
- Auditing deals post-sale to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Expediting funding to ensure smooth operations
- Minimum 3 years of automotive F&I experience (dealership experience required)
- High-volume store background (we need someone who can handle our pace)
- Proven ability to structure deals for profitability and work through credit challenges
- Expert knowledge of title laws, registration processes, and compliance requirements
- Strong closer with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset - willing to collaborate, mentor, and support the sales team
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Experience with diverse lending partners (not just captive lenders)
- Track record of high product penetration and strong back-end gross
- Previous experience at a President's Award-winning or high-performing dealership
