We are hiring a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Boerne, Texas
. You will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and movement disorders. You will design rehabilitation programs to reduce pain and improve function. You will collaborate with our team and referring physicians to provide patient-centered care.

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands‑on therapy and prescribe therapeutic exercises
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercises
• Document progress and maintain compliance with clinic and state standards
• Communicate with physicians, staff, and patients to ensure coordinated care
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative clinic environment

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active Texas Physical Therapy License (or eligibility)
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous learning
