As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll play an important role in carrying out treatment plans, encouraging patients through each milestone, and helping them regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

You'll collaborate closely with licensed Physical Therapists to implement evidence-based treatment programs while maintaining sustainable daily caseload expectations of approximately 11 to 13 patients. This allows you to focus on delivering attentive, high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with the individuals and families you serve.

Compensation:
  • $30 to $32 per hour, commensurate with clinical experience
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
  • Valid Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure
  • Prior outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Responsibilities:
  • Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional activities
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Manage a daily caseload of approximately 11 to 13 patients
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and fellow clinicians to maintain high standards of care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development
