As a Caregiver, you’ll provide essential support that enhances the quality of life for seniors every day. From helping with daily routines like bathing and dressing to preparing meals and offering meaningful companionship, you’ll make a real difference in helping clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence.

• $16 - $18 per hour
• 1:1 aide-to-client ratio, allowing for meaningful connections with those you care for

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare role
• Valid TX driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
• Compassionate and skilled with bed-bound care, helping nature, good communicator
