Job Details:

• Work in a 15-bed free-standing emergency department

• Perform all CT scans including CT angiograms (no cardiac, no biopsies)

• Perform all diagnostic radiology exams

• Operate GE Bright Speed Elite CT Scanner, GE Definium Rad room, and GE Optima AMX portable machine

• Use Meditech, Agfa PACS, and GE Centricity RIS electronic medical record systems

• No on-call responsibilities

• Weekend shifts possible depending on staffing needs

• Dress code: black bottoms and olive top scrubs

• Required certifications: ARRT CT, BLS, Texas Medical Board General Radiography

• CT Registry required - candidates without this will not be considered

• Strong people skills required

This facility is a free-standing emergency department offering comprehensive emergency care services. The department operates with a dedicated team of nurses and CT technologists across day, night, and mid-shift schedules. The facility is equipped with advanced imaging technology and utilizes modern electronic medical record systems to support high-quality patient care in an emergency setting.
