- Conduct weekly meetings to update leadership and resolve HR issues
- Oversee recruitment process
YOU HAVE…
- 4+ years of professional HR experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
- Experience implementing new policies and procedures
- Strong collaboration skills with leadership
- Servant-hearted, advocate for employees
- Creative-minded with new ideas
- Process-driven problem solver, quick to resolve HR issues
