10:00pm–6:00am, 4 days on / 2 days off rotating schedule.

• Follow established standards of nursing practice and implement community programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct resident rounds daily, report problems to supervisor, and initiate corrective action.
• Administer and document direct resident care, medications, and treatments per physicians’ orders and accurately record all care provided.
• Write detailed reports, maintain precise charting, record medications, observe symptoms, and take vital signs.

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Texas.
• Must be able to relocate to or reliably commute to San Antonio, TX before starting work.
• Minimum 1‑year experience as an LVN in a clinical setting preferred.
• Electronic Medical Record experience required; PCC preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
