Golf Course Maintenance

Overview

Do you love working outside? Do you love looking at the Texas Hill Country at its finest? Are you interested in learning about the science behind lush landscaping? This role will introduce you to the proper utilization of natural resources to achieve the lush grounds we enjoy here at Cordillera from a holistic perspective. If you are interested in ecology, crop and soil science, and the science of nature, this role will allow you to learn from experts that love to share their vast knowledge.

Lessons you learn on the Ranch will stay with you forever. If you love Golf, this is a great way to understand how the course matters to the game.

• Rake bunkers, mow greens, change hole locations, hand water, blow debris, fill ball washers, fill water coolers, move tee markers, etc.
• Assist with or complete other tasks on the course, including special projects, irrigation repair, fertilizer and chemical applications, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Work under the supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents.
