Overview

Mannapov has openings for Warehouse Workers in our Recycling and Redistribution of Wireless Devices division where you ll be working in a climate-controlled facility with a collaborative team. You will have the opportunity to learn about Reverse Logistics and wireless devices and may work in the following departments:
Shipping/Receiving, Sorting, Data Clear, LCD processing, Special Projects (troubleshooting devices), Cosmetic QC, Inventory, Processing, and Polishing.

Responsibilities by role Sorting Associate

• Receive and unbox product
• Scan product into Inventory Management System
• Asset tag individual product
• Macro sort
• Work closely with other team members to ensure that daily goals are met or exceeded
• Performs related duties as assigned
• Identify potential areas for improvement of internal processes and procedures

Data Clear Associate

• Sanitize and Reset device
• Test device for functionality
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty hardware and software
• Work closely with other team members to ensure that daily goals are met or exceeded
• Log results into Inventory Management System
• Performs related duties as assigned
• Identify potential areas for improvement of internal processes and procedures

LCD QC Technician

• Test key software and hardware functionality
• Run diagnostic testing
• Cosmetic Grading
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faulty hardware and software
• Work closely with other team members to ensure that daily goals are met or exceeded
• Log results into Inventory Management System
• Performs related duties as assigned
• Identify potential areas for improvement of internal processes and procedures

Cosmetic QC Associate

• Cosmetic Grading
• Clean and attach final asset tag
• Micro sort
• Work closely with other team members to ensure that daily goals are met or exceeded
• Log results into Inventory Management System
• Performs related duties as assigned
• Identify potential areas for improvement of internal processes and procedures

Inventory Associate

• Maintain product count in Inventory Management System
• Shelf product
• Research inventory discrepancies
• Pull product for orders
• Conduct physical inventory counts as necessary
• Work closely with other team members to ensure that daily goals are met or exceeded
• Performs related duties as assigned
• Identify potential areas for improvement of internal processes and procedures

Requirements and Competencies

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with cell phone repair a plus.
• Previous receiving experience working in a distribution, manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Previous work experience with Mannapov preferred.

Work Environment

This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, cell phones, and standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, stepladders, box cutters and tape dispensers.

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds to a minimum height of 4 feet. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Dexterity/ability to utilize writing utensils, calculators, small hand-held tools, and other equipment without assistance.
