E-Commerce Manager

The E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed in a timely manner and accurately, including full cycle fulfillment to pull merchandise, pack, ship, and update order status.

• Quality Assurance testing.
• Ensure orders are processed timely and accurately.

• Data entry.
• Assist in developing and modifying procedures for order fulfillment.
• Assist in ensuring Department goals are met.

This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, cell phones, and standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, stepladders, box cutters and tape dispensers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Full‑time, M – F 8 am – 5 pm. During busy season occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Previous order fulfillment center experience, and knowledge of wireless devices a plus.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
