The Staff Physician provides direct patient care and emergency services in an effort to ensure that patient health care needs are met at all times.

• Patient Care:
  Provides direct patient care in the office and at other locations, develops treatment plans, and assesses patient's response to treatment while ensuring that all health care services provided are of the highest quality.
• Emergency Care:
  Provides high quality emergency care to patients on an on-call basis and in rotation with other physicians to ensure patient needs are met at all times.
• Quality and Performance Improvement:
  Investigates new techniques, practices, and equipment to maximize quality and efficiency; assists in development and implementation of continuous quality improvement programs; participates in multidisciplinary efforts; ensures services are performed with compassion, understanding, and respect.
• Professional Development:
  Promotes the quality and efficiency of performance by staying current with latest trends through seminars, workshops, conferences, and professional affiliations.
• Collaboration and Partnership:
  Collaborates with other physicians to ensure high quality medical care and technologically advanced services.
• Education:
  
  Participates in educational programs, in-service meetings, and training sessions to share expertise and support growth of new personnel, volunteers, and interns.
• Other Duties:
  Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
