Our client is looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Coordinator to join a supportive and high-performing team. As Project Coordinator, you’ll act as the central hub for project communication, documentation, and administration. You’ll help manage project schedules, monitor progress, and provide essential operational support, enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic delivery and oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and key milestones.
Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and managing follow-up actions.
Support the preparation of project reports and updates.
Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring leadership teams remain informed.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, certifications, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, health and safety requirements, and relevant standards.
Prepare site-specific documentation and risk assessments.
Act as a key point of contact between leadership, project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Assist with procurement processes, including ordering materials and tracking deliveries.
Support resource planning, allocation, and project logistics.
What We’re Looking For
At least one years’ experience in a fast-paced project coordination role (experience within technical, construction, or engineering environments is beneficial but not essential).
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and document or project management systems.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
