Service Advisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client's reputable main dealership in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Regular weekday working hours, Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:30pm

Duties:

Greet customers professionally and assist with service bookings
Manage parts enquiries and ensure accurate parts ordering
Liaise with technicians and service team to coordinate vehicle repairs
Provide service updates and advice regarding vehicle progress
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, invoices, and parts orders
Ensure an efficient flow of information between customers and the workshop to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements for the Service Advisor position include:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor in a motor trade environment
Strong customer-facing skills and professional attitude
Good organisational and communication skills
Basic automotive knowledge, particularly regarding parts and repairs
Proficiency in relevant dealership software (e.g., parts management systems)
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
