About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in the PO21 2QP
. Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with daily living tasks
Providing personal care in a respectful, dignified way
Supporting individuals to access the community
Helping with medication (after full training)
Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
Building positive, trusting relationships
No two days are the same – but every day is meaningful.

Good communicators
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to undertake training (no experience required)
A driving licence is desirable but not essential.
Experience in care is an advantage but full training is provided for the right candidate.
