Lead and oversee the operations of high‑volume quick‑serve and full‑service restaurants at Butlin's Bognor Regis, managing daily operations, team performance, budget, and brand standards across multiple outlets.

• Lead and inspire Venue and Shift Managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive operational performance, monitor key metrics, and manage rotating schedules and budgets.
• Analyze data and guest feedback to continually improve operations and service standards.
• Work closely with resort leadership to forecast demand and allocate resources.
• Maintain financial control, ensuring sales and cost KPIs are met and aligned with the business plan.
• Foster a supportive and high‑energy team culture, motivating staff and addressing challenges.

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality or retail food & beverage at a senior level.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and cost controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with staff at all levels.
• Hands‑on approach, comfortable in day‑to‑day operations and driving strategic initiatives.
• Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Commercially savvy, energetic, and committed to delivering high‑quality guest experiences.
