Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Senior Manager to join our Client's Restaurants & Quick Serve areas, in leading their fast-paced food venues.
This is a key senior role where you'll inspire a team of 11 Managers, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while keeping a close eye on performance, costs, and team development. You'll use data and feedback to drive improvement, manage rotas and budgets, and work closely with other leaders to plan ahead and meet guest demand. With a priority focus on ensuring the guests have an amazing experience every time, you will motivate your team to deliver the highest standards, using market data, trends and feedback, to improve and develop standards consistently across the department.
Responsibilities- Inspire and lead a team of 11 Managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor performance, costs, and team development; use data and feedback to drive improvement.
- Manage rotas and budgets; plan ahead with other leaders to meet guest demand.
- Focus on ensuring guests have an amazing experience every time; motivate the team to deliver high standards.
- Use market data, trends, and feedback to improve and develop standards across the department.
- Collaborate with other Operational Teams to project guest demand and team requirements accordingly.
- Balance financial targets with service excellence while driving KPIs based on sales and costs in line with the business plan; review regularly to identify opportunities and risks.
- Solid leadership experience in hospitality or retail F&B; experience leading multiple restaurants, fast food, or quick service operations.
- Hands-on leadership style; able to set a clear vision and work closely with teams to manage challenges.
- Ability to motivate and develop large teams; create an environment where people feel supported and inspired.
- Strong financial acumen; adept at managing budgets, P&L, and using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Focus on balancing financials with guest experience; keep guest experience at the heart of decisions.
- Excellent communication, proactive mindset, confident engagement with teams at all levels; curious, challenging the status quo when appropriate.
- Commercial mindset, energetic, and ready to make a big impact.
