Hours:
Days – 7am-5:30pm Mon-Thurs / Nights – Flexible 40hr week
Pay: £19-£22 (nights +£5ph)
Our client has been established for over 30 years and manufactures components for Defence, Motorsport, Aerospace, Industrial, Medical, Marine and Automotive.
Due to ordering a new Zimmermann 5 axis machine, our client is looking for 2 engineers to run the machine, one for days and one for nights.
Job Duties- Machine high value components (up to £250,000)
- Low batch machining
- Edit and adjust Heidenhain controls
- Edit CAD files (Hypermill)
- Must have at least 5 years experience on 5 milling axis machines
- Proven experience manufacturing high value components
- High attention to detail
- 5 week holiday plus statutory holidays
- Pension
- Loads of overtime at 1.5x rate
