Barfoots is seeking a Cell Leader to manage a production cell in a temperature-controlled environment, drive H&S and quality standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You will train staff, conduct reviews, and work closely with the Area Manager to optimise yield and pack-out in a fast-paced facility.
We are looking for hands-on leaders with FMCG experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate under pressure while meeting deadlines.
