Night Shift Autoclave Operator

Pegbox Recruitment is working closely with GTR Composites, a leading composite manufacturer who are currently seeking an experienced Autoclave Operator to join the night shift team.

Your role will be to support the production of advanced carbon fibre components for world-renowned programmes across Formula 1, supercars, defence, aerospace, and motor sport.

As part of that, your responsibilities will include you:

* Operating and monitoring autoclaves in line with production specifications.

* Running cure cycles and monitor pressure, temperature, and vacuum parameters.

* Loading and unloading tooling and composite components.

* Completing production and quality documentation accurately.

For you to be considered, you will have to demonstrate a previous track record in operating autoclaves within a composites manufacturing environment.

* You will have gained your experience within motor sport, automotive, aerospace, defence, or advanced manufacturing sectors.

* You will also require knowledge of composite curing processes and vacuum bagging techniques.

* You will be expected to have excellent attention to detail and the highest commitment to quality.

If you are successful, you will join the night shift, on £27 per hour for an initial 6-month contract. This contract is considered as outside of IR35.
