Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join our client's reputable dealership in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for automotive sales to develop their career within a well-established business.

• Competitive basic salary of £25,000, with realistic on-target earnings between £45,000 and £55,000
• 25 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays
• Hours:
  
  Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm – Sundays closed
• Scheduled day off during the week to support work-life balance
• Staff vehicle opportunities available
• Full franchise training provided

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and provide exceptional customer service
• Promote and sell commercial vehicles in line with dealership targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
• Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks
• Assist in vehicle handovers, ensuring a positive customer experience

• Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally within a commercial or used car sales environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle markets is advantageous
