This role would suit an ambitious, commercially minded estate agent with strong sales negotiation skills and the ability to win new instructions, conduct valuations and negotiate sales through to completion. You will play an important part in the branch's performance, delivering outstanding customer service while helping to support the wider sales team.

• Negotiating property sales from initial offer through to completion, maximising sales opportunities
• Generating new business and winning property listings through valuations and proactive business development
• Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and other property professionals
• Conducting viewings, following up enquiries and converting applicants into successful sales
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the sales team and assisting with branch performance
• Maintaining accurate records, progressing sales and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the process

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
• Proven ability to negotiate sales and achieve targets
• Experience winning instructions and conducting valuations would be advantageous
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• A confident, professional and persuasive approach to sales
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Good local knowledge of Bognor Regis and the surrounding areas would be beneficial
• A full UK driving licence is essential, with access to a car preferred
