YMCA Downs Link Group is recruiting a qualified counsellor to join the Dialogue service at Felpham Community College, Bognor Regis. You will deliver a 6-8 session model within the school day, with sessions held flexibly during term-time.
The role requires safeguarding expertise and collaboration with pastoral staff to manage referrals and timetables. You will work alongside another Dialogue School Counsellor and participate in supervision and line management meetings.
