Finance Supervisor at Vapexpress Group, Bogor, West Java,

• Check accuracy of supporting evidence such as invoices, bills receipts, production documents, etc.
• Collect and submit monthly operational stock take report from operations.
• Check accuracy of inventory, perform stock opname.
• Input all accounting transactions into journals and update ledgers accurately to produce reliable financial statements from Accurate system.
• Manage finance team for accounting system implementation, digitisation of workflow and approval processes.
• Create and compile company’s financial report and tax calculations (WHT ART 4(2); WHT ART 23, WHT ART 21, and PPN).
• Make journal corrections.

• Bachelor degree in Economics majoring in Accounting with GPA min. 3.3.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong financial and accounting skills.
• Familiar with Accounting Software system;
  Accurate system would be an advantage.
• Understanding of taxation, journal entries.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Excel; understanding of macros and database.
• Understanding of English.
• Residence around Bogor.
