• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance related is required
• Minimum 5 years experience as Finance & Accounting Manager especially in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Have a good work ethic, fast learning and able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed in Plant - Bogor, Jawa Barat

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance Department include taxation process.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of journal entries.
• Monitor and analyze financial data, providing valuable insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and relevant regulations.
• Supervise and guide the accounting team, providing training, feedback and support as needed.
• Monitor and review financial transactions to identify discrepancies, errors and areas for improvement.
• Support external audits by providing required documentation and explanations to auditors.
