Mate Career is seeking a Cost Control Specialist for Resto Gurih 7 in Bogor, West Java. You will monitor and control food costs, inventory, waste, and variances across Gurih 7 and Rumah Talas to drive profitability and reporting accuracy.
You will regularly review purchasing, stock movements, BOM/recipe costing, and price impacts, while coordinating with Kitchen, Store/Warehouse, Purchasing, AP/AR, Finance, and Operations to strengthen cost discipline.
