* Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Cost Accounting or Manufacturing Finance.
- Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing Cost Accounting, including RM, PM, Direct Labor, Overhead, and Machine Cost.
- Strong analytical skills in COGS, Quantity & Price Variance, BOM Reconciliation, and Inventory.
- Proficient in SAP, preferably SAP CO/FICO, including system-based cost accounting reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for cost and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaborative, and accountable mindset
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze COGS per carton across manufacturing entities, covering Raw Material, Packaging Material, Direct Labor, and Machine Cost.
- Analyze Quantity & Price Variance of raw material usage against BOM and budget to identify cost deviations and efficiency opportunities.
- Monitor obsolete inventory ratio and Days of Inventory (DOI) for Raw Material, Packaging Material, and Finished Goods.
- Develop and improve SAP-based COGS & Q&P Variance reporting to enhance reporting accuracy and reduce manual processes.
- Support COGM calculations, cost-saving initiatives, and ad-hoc financial analysis for management.
- Develop and implement Spare Part Management SOP in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
