Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and messages.
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving documents and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security procedures are followed.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Support other tasks in General Affair Department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative staff is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
