Kandidat yang ideal adalah yang memiliki pendidikan D3/S1 di bidang Administrasi atau Manajemen, serta pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang ini.
Kemampuan dalam Microsoft Office, terutama Excel dan Word, serta kemampuan problem solving dan kepemimpinan yang baik sangat diutamakan. Posisi ini mengharuskan mobilitas kerja yang baik.
