Customer Support

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and requests via telephone and email
• Create, prepare, and send quotations to customers
• Follow up on customer inquiries and submitted quotations
• Receive and review Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure pricing, quantity, and availability match the approved quotation
• Create work orders based on confirmed customer purchase orders
• Follow up company registration requests to ensure customers are properly registered in the procurement system
• Register new customers and update customer data in the internal system
• Record and manage customer complaints
• Create and distribute customer satisfaction surveys
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations) for order and technical support
• Perform other office and administrative duties as required

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree - preferably Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
• At least 1 year exp. as Customer Support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (basic formulas, vlookup, pivot, etc).
• Active English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer support, technical support, or sales administration is a plus.
