Architect Section Head

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coordinate the architectural team with engineering teams, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Review and approve architectural drawings, materials, and specifications
• Maintain design quality, functionality, and cost efficiency
• Provide architectural support during construction and resolve design issues

• Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Min. 8 years of architectural experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (
  in a developer company is a plus
  )
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and related design software
• Experience handling large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under tight deadline
• Willing to be placed at Sentul, Bogor
