CAD/ AutoCAD/ Mechanical Design, Interior Design, Architect / Sr. Architect, Engineering Design & Technologists
Conduct site surveys and measurements for new store projects.
Prepare and coordinate architectural, interior, layout, and technical drawings.
Develop store designs based on brand guidelines, operational needs, site conditions, and project budget.
Coordinate with Project, Operations, Procurement, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Review working drawings, measurements, material specifications, and construction details.
Prepare and update Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project design documents.
Revise drawings and BOQ based on project requirements and site conditions.
Prepare design documents for contractor/vendor quotation and tender processes.
Provide technical clarification and design support to contractors and vendors.
Support the Project Manager to ensure project execution meets timeline, budget, quality, and operational requirements.
Qualification :
Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in design, construction, interior, retail, F&B, or store development.
Experience in retail or F&B store development is a plus.
Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design applications.
Able to read and understand construction and working drawings.
Good understanding of architectural, civil, interior, and basic MEP works.
Able to prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Familiar with work volume calculations and basic cost estimation.
Able to conduct site surveys and measurements.
