Digital Marketing & Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our paid media strategy across Google, Meta and Tik Tok platforms. This role is responsible for generating high-quality B2C leads and converting them into sales through close coordination with the Customer Service and Live Host teams, under the same department. The ideal candidate combines strong performance marketing expertise with sales funnel optimization and team leadership skills.

• Plan, run and optimize ads on Google, Meta, CPAS and Tik Tok.
• Monitor and improve campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
• Manage advertising budget to achieve sales targets.
• Generate quality leads and ensure strong B2C conversion.
• Monitor Customer Service team to improve response and closing rates.
• Coordinate with Live Hosts to align campaigns with live selling strategy and achieve revenue target.
• Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Continuously test and improve ads, creatives (collaborate with Marketing team) and targeting.

• +5 years of experience in digital marketing and paid ads, preferably within the FMCG (health and wellness) industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media platforms, content marketing and other related skills.
• Proficient in using analytical tools to track and measure all activities/ campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Familiarity with the health and welness (herbal products) industry or a related sector is an advantage.
