• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in educational psychology, Clinical Child Psychology, or Guidance Counseling (Having a background or certification as a psychologist would be a significant advantage.)
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Over 4 years of experience in international or SPK schools, particularly at the Senior High level.
• Strong communication skills with a positive and caring approach.
• Respect for diversity in religion, race, and gender.
• Ability to build exceptional rapport with students and parents.
• Highly communicative and adaptable to new environments, with a genuine passion for working with children and education.
• Willingness to actively participate in school activities.
