Job Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate annual training programs based on department needs.
- Manage onboarding and mandatory training for new employees.
- Organize training schedules, materials, trainers, and attendance records.
- Facilitate internal training sessions and support external training arrangements.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure training compliance with company standards and HQ guidelines.
- And support other Ad Hoc assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Training & Development (in manufacturing preferred).
- Good with public speaking and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis and create training plans.
- Familiar with training evaluation methods (e.g. pre-test, post-test, feedback).
- Able to create training materials using PowerPoint or other tools.
- Proficiency both written and verbal for Mandarin and English language skill is a must
