Sampoerna Academy - Grade 3 Associate Teacher - Elementary - Ay

We are looking for an Elementary Teacher to support local subjects (Indonesian language, BIPA, Civics) at Sampoerna Academy.

• Assist in designing and facilitating learning activities, classroom management, and student engagement for the core subjects under the guidance of the lead teacher.
• Design learning activities, classroom management, and student engagement for local subjects (Indonesian language, BIPA, Civics) and possibly other subjects, as assigned, with guidance from the lead teacher as needed.
• Support the lead teacher in providing pastoral care and fostering an environment that promotes students’ holistic growth.
• Serve as a positive role model for students, upholding the school’s mission and maintaining high standards of professional conduct and ethics.
• Pursue professional development to improve teaching practices and personal growth, including workshops, seminars, and educational courses relevant to teaching young children.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education (PGSD)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supportive role in education, as an assistant teacher or as a lead teacher in a private or international school
• Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development
• Nurturing teaching approach
• Excellent communication skills (Bahasa & English)
• Experience with Cambridge curriculum is preferred but not required
• Full Time

Available to start in July 2026.
