Mathematics Teacher (For Secondary Level) - Bogor

Highfield School - Bogor is seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to inspire and educate our Secondary school students. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic secondary classroom while delivering effective, engaging mathematics instruction. Beyond academic excellence, you will support our students’ social and emotional development, foster an inclusive learning environment, and help them build strong analytical and foundational mathematical skills.

• Teach the Cambridge Mathematics curriculum to secondary school students, cultivating a genuine love and appreciation for the subject
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom culture that encourages critical thinking, logical reasoning, and active student participation
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student learning outcomes
• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with best practices in mathematics education

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education, or related field (A Master’s degree is a distinct advantage)
• Maximum 40 years old
• Available in 2026/2027 academic year
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience teaching mathematics in a secondary school setting
• Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications
• Deep familiarity and experience with the Cambridge curriculum Framework is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech‑savvy; proficient in utilizing Google Workspace and various educational technology platforms
• Passionate about teaching, committed to student success, and enthusiastic about continuous professional growth
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Willing to be placed in Bogor, West Java
