Biology Teacher for Highfield School Bogor (Secondary Level)
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Biology Teacher to join our Highfield Secondary School - Bogor team. This role is ideal for an educator who inspires curiosity about the living world, fosters critical thinking, and promotes academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Teach the Cambridge curriculum to secondary school students, fostering a love for Biology
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student learning outcomes
- Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with best practices in Biology
- Willing to be placed in Bogor, Jawa Barat
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Biology in a secondary school setting
- Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
- Enthusiasm for professional growth and development
- Having a Responsible to Life attitude
