Application specialist

Perform installation and commissioning of Anton Paar instruments at customer sites

Conduct user training sessions and technical workshops for clients

Execute sample testing and method development based on customer needs

Provide hands‑on demonstrations for in‑house training and customer visits

Support the sales team with technical expertise during pre‑sales and post‑sales activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in laboratory instrumentation or technical support (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome)

Familiarity with physical instruments, especially Anton Paar products, is a strong advantage

Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities

Willingness to travel for customer visits, installations, and training sessions

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment

Skills:

Experience in method development and sample preparation

Hands‑on experience with lab instruments such as rheometers, density meters, FTIR, viscometers, or particle analyzers

Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive attitude

Technical writing skills for documentation and reporting
