Project Supervisor

Responsibilities

Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.

Take responsibility for supervising project activities to ensure compliance with the defined timeline and material specifications.

Organize and manage work effectively and efficiently.

Prepare work schedules, project supervision plans, and documentation.

Coordinate effectively with third parties, landlords, subcontractors, and internal divisions.

Minimum education:

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture Engineering or Interior Design.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar field.

Strong understanding of material and finishing specifications.

Familiar with fit‑out work processes for retail malls and standalone projects.

Proficient in drawing software such as AutoCAD and Sketch Up.

Good understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) work specifications.
