Job Description
Site Project and Utility Supervisor with over 3 years of experience in implementing project management systems, supervising factory projects, and ensuring optimal performance of utility machinery and supporting facilities. Experienced in coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, monitoring project progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety (HSE) regulations. Skilled in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, as well as continuous improvement of operational systems to support business continuity.
Holds a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with strong technical and analytical capabilities.
Implementing Project Management systems, including :
- Overseeing all project aspects, from planning, budgeting, and execution to final completion.
- Managing project schedules, resources, and budgets to achieve established objectives.
- Monitoring progress and addressing any issues or delays that arise.
- Coordinating with management, area owners, contractors, the community, and government agencies to ensure smooth project execution in compliance with regulations.
- Conducting regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations (HSE) and implementing measures to mitigate potential risks.
Coordinating, implementing, supervising, and reporting on operational activities related to :
- Operation and performance of utility machinery and factory support facilities.
- Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive maintenance of utility machines and supporting infrastructure.
- Workshop fabrication tasks for the modification of utility machine parts and supporting facilities.
- Evaluating documentation across all aspects of maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, installation, improvement, development, modification, and rejuvenation of utility equipment and supporting facilities.
- Supervising on-site factory projects, such as machine improvements and new machine installations, aligning with schedules and standards to support seamless operational activities.
- Ensuring the optimization of utility machine performance and the condition of supporting facilities.
- Minimizing discrepancies caused by utility machines and supporting facilities, as well as preventing workplace accidents to support business continuity.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering and Project Management.
- Physically and mentally fit.
