-As Safety Specialist, you will oversee and ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and company policies by conducting inspections, risk assessments, and audits.

Your role includes developing safety programs, training employees, investigating incidents, and maintaining accurate EHS records. You will also support cross-functional teams, monitor environmental impacts, and prepare regular reports to promote workplace safety and sustainability.
** What You'll Do
*** You will monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety laws, regulations, and company policies.
* You will perform regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement control measures.
* You will design, implement, and maintain health and safety programs to reduce workplace incidents and promote a safety culture.
* You will conduct safety training sessions for employees and management on EHS policies, procedures, and emergency response.
* You will investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
* You will monitor environmental impacts including waste management, emissions, and pollution control; ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials.
* You will conduct routine safety audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and work practices to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
* You will develop and update emergency response plans and coordinate drills to ensure readiness.
* You will maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, training, and compliance activities; prepare reports for regulatory bodies and management.
* You will assist management in implementing strategies to improve workplace safety and environmental sustainability.
* you will verify that safety equipment and systems (e.g., fire extinguishers, alarms) are functional and inspected regularly.
* You will work with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and HR to address EHS concerns
* You will provide EHS support during projects, construction, or new process implementation.
* You will coordinate PEC Management system align with EHS Manager
* You will be preparing Weekly & Monthly report related EHS Activity
** What We're Looking For
*** You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environment Science, or a similar discipline from a reputable University
* You possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
* You hold a valid Ahli K3 Umum certification
** What Will Set You Apart
*** You demonstrate strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
* You exhibit excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
* You have strong knowledge and experience in EHS Management Systems, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and PROPER#LI-KB3
