Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Licensing Staff, Legal Staff, or Regulatory Affairs Staff.
• Must have proven experience in handling OSS RBA and company NIB (Business Identification Number).
• Strong understanding of business licensing, deed of amendment, KBLI classification, and operational permits.
• Accustomed to communicating and coordinating formally with government institutions and regulatory authorities.
• Able to handle multiple companies (multi-PT) and multiple branch offices simultaneously.
• Willing and able to undertake out-of-town business trips as required.
