Regulatory Affairs Associate ManagerDate: Feb 13, 2026

WHAT YOU WILL DO- Monitor (e.g., through authority website, consultants, associations, etc.) and study food and labeling legislation (e.g., additives, ingredients, health and nutrition claims, contaminants, labelling rules, Halal, etc.) and any other regulation related to topics under the responsibility of Regulatory (e.g., advertisement, sustainability, toys, etc.) for the local market;
- Impact assessment of legislation on the Company and Company’s products;
- Share information and communication on legislation with other functions within the organization;
- Work closely with Marketing providing advice on project feasibility and compliance (concept, food category, pictorials, health and nutrition claims, marketing claims, new ingredients, etc.);
- Support RDQ providing advice on recipe compliance, technical matters, raw materials, food additive, claims, and other topics;
- Prepare and issue ingredient lists and nutrition information, also using the Regulatory database, upon recipe shared by RDQ;
- Check the product labels providing the final draft approval according to local regulations to ensure the compliance;
- Collect, prepare and evaluate the documents for product and label registration with local authority;
- Submit, monitoring, follow up of new product registration, variation registration and product renewal until received the BPOM approval;
- Manage good documentation practices;
- Support in verifying the advertisement and promotional material and prepare advice in coordination with Group Regulatory;
- Toys & Gadgets: knowledge of applicable legislation and technical standards, manage product and label compliance for domestic projects (i.e. advice on project feasibility, contact with external Lab, coordination with Group Regulatory and other functions, technical standards and legislation , etc.);
- Contest with prizes: knowledge of applicable legislation, compliance of communication and info displayed on the labels and/or advertisement, terms and conditions mandatory info, etc.);
- Sustainability: assessment and advice on projects and topics.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Regulatory Affairs in companies operating in the food industry
- Degree in Food Science (Chemistry, Pharmacist, etc)
- Good level of knowledge on food laws with a specific focus on labelling and additives
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines
- Very good communication skills (written and spoken) to manage discussions internally and externally
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Soft and technical skills and interest in using database for regulatory daily activities
- Work in Team
- Coordination skills and able to cooperate and communicate across the company
- High degree of self-organization, accuracy and detail-orientation
- Analyzes context and issues
- Manages confidential information
- Quick learner of new concepts in different areas
- Good networking skills, good networking with Authority officer and Food RA community
