About the role
As the Manager HRGA, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Human Resources and General Affairs functions within PT. GRAHA ANDRASENTRA PROPERTINDO, TBK', a leading company in the Property industry. This full-time position is based in South Bogor, West Java, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of the organisation.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and systems to support the company's growth and employee engagement
- Managing the recruitment, selection, onboarding and training of new employees
- Overseeing employee performance management, including conducting reviews and providing feedback
- Administering payroll, benefits and other HR-related activities
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
- Coordinating general affairs tasks such as office management, procurement and vendor management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges
- Providing strategic HR advice and recommendations to the senior leadership team
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR management role, preferably within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practices, as well as applicable labour laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify and implement HR-related improvements
- Proven track record in creating and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
