Responsibilities
- Memberikan dukungan (support) harian kepada user terkait kebutuhan IT
- Menerima dan menangani komplain/permintaan IT (incident & request) melalui telepon, chat, email, maupun ticketing system
- Melakukan troubleshooting dan penyelesaian masalah IT secara efektif
- Membuat dokumentasi dan laporan terkait penanganan issue IT
- Membantu pengelolaan, implementasi, dan pemeliharaan jaringan di site
- Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan maintenance hardware & software
- Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik Komputer & Jaringan, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait
- Memahami dasar-dasar:
Sistem Operasi (Windows/Linux), Jaringan komputer (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP dasar), Remote Desktop & troubleshooting user, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Memiliki kemampuan troubleshooting hardware, software, dan network dasar Terbiasa menggunakan ticketing system (nilai tambah)
- Memahami instalasi dan konfigurasi perangkat IT (PC, printer, jaringan)
