Persyaratan Pekerjaan
- Min. D-III Jurusan Sistem Komputer, Teknologi Informasi, Teknik Komputer, Sistem Informasi
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 Tahun
- Mengetahui & memahami infrastruktur (topology network, configuration switch, server, dan access point)
- Mengetahui & memahami end user computing (EUC), problem & trouble shoot
- Mengetahui dan memahami sistem (CCTV, access gate door, parking, face recognition)
- Mengetahui dan memahami database (SQL Server, Node.js, Xmapp)
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel (Rumus) & Presentation
- Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, pemeliharaan, dan monitoring infrastruktur IT
- Menangani troubleshooting perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, jaringan, serta memberikan dukungan teknis kepada seluruh pengguna
- Mengelola, memonitor, dan melakukan perawatan sistem keamanan perusahaan seperti CCTV, access gate door, parking system, dan face recognition
