Data Analyst for Sales Business Improvement

This role involves managing and analyzing data related to projects across sections in the Sales & Channel division, grouping data based on section insights, and creating data visualizations through dashboards. You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management while considering business metrics, and develop strategic recommendations to improve branch performance, service quality, market reach, and employee productivity.

Key responsibilities

Facilitate data related to projects for each section in the Sales & Channel division

Group data based on insights from the Sales & Channel division

Perform data visualization based on requirements using dashboards

Create Excel formulas for operational data calculations in Sales & Channel

Collaborate with the IT division (Business Support) in data source extraction

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management considering business metrics

Make recommendations and strategic planning to improve branch performance, service quality, market reach, and employee productivity

About you

Minimum S1 education in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or similar field with minimum GPA 3.0

Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field
