Responsibilities
Analyze supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and perform Reorder Point (ROP) calculations.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet customer requirements while minimizing excess stock.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across multiple locations.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve inventory accuracy.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure supply chain goals are achieved.
Generate and maintain reports on key supply chain metrics, including lead times, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment rates, and present findings to management.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with e-commerce teams to align inventory availability with online sales demand.
Support the integration of supply chain and e-commerce analytics to improve forecasting and decision‑making.
Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives.
Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize supply chain operations.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement new technologies and systems that enhance supply chain performance.
Ensure inventory data accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP system (Odoo).
Identify and monitor Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) inventory.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics.
Proficient in supply chain management systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar ERP platforms.
Strong analytical thinking, data analysis, and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP.
Able to perform Reorder Point (ROP) calculations and inventory planning.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional and fast‑paced business environment.
